One openemoji.json that states coverage against a Unicode version, the licence, and who or what drew the set (made_by plus the W3C AI disclosure vocabulary), and glyphs named by fully-qualified codepoint sequence. Custom emoji get x- keys with shortcodes; skin tones name their base; rendered emoji keep the character as alt. Mapping from Mastodon, Slack, Discord and CLDR.
