A registrar price list at /.well-known/opentld.json (register, renew,
transfer, restore per TLD, promo beside the price it falls back to), the
top-level domain record a directory builds from IANA's list, root zone
database and RDAP bootstrap with a daily diff, and the RDAP availability
rule (404 is not registered, never available). nichedb.dev/tlds is the
first reader.
